At Proline Range Hoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your unit has not been installed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Unit

    Carefully repackage the range hood in its original box with all protective foam, manuals, and hardware included to prevent shipping damage.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
